Certified Culinary/Hospitality Assistant
The Certified Culinary/Hospitality Assistant course will provide training to meet the immediate needs of entry level positions for existing culinary and hospitality businesses. The course will focus on providing the necessary computer skills needed, and introduce the basic principles of sanitation and safety for food service handling. The course will also introduce various facets and opportunities in the hospitality profession. At the conclusion of this course, students will be prepared to test for ServSafe certification.
The intent of the course is to give the student a broad base of information relative to the culinary or hospitality industry.
This is a 40 hour non-credit course and the cost is $250.
